wrong order and not collected and refunded

Well below expectations
I ordered last weds. (i'd just come out of hosp) 2 pizza's, pot. skins, and chicken an more... when it arrived the order was wrong I rang the shop the guy on the phone said they didn't have this or that so the manager said send diff. items instead I was gobsmacked as I hadnt received a call to tell me an they sent food I wouldnt eat so I asked them to send driver back to collect order and give me my money back-I called again a couple of hours later and they are not taking my calls-its saturday now and I am just out of bed and have kept food so will be visiting them
