Awful haircut, terrible customer service

Well below expectations
My haircut didn't resemble my request in the slightest, but I was too shocked to say at the time, and didn't want to discourage the hairdesser. When I called up to complain 2 days later the manager was barely apologetic and wouldn't offer for anyone else to fix my hair except the girl who did it badly in the first place. The manager wasn't prepared to enter in to any further discussions. Disgraceful. Best avoided if you like your hair.

Chandler Wright have an array of very polite and amiable hairdressers who know what they are doing (unlike some other hairdressers i've been to!). They offer a very personal service and as such are always keen for people to have their hair cut by the same person. They are always happy to try and arrange an appointment to suit you and offer a variety of drinks and sandwiches for customers while they wait to have their haircut. Though haircuts are not generally cheap I feel that you are getting a good service and more importantly a good haircut from a skilled hairdresser.
