I had a leaky pipe on a Saturday and called them to see if they knew a good local plumber. Terry listened to my description of the problem and said I could fix it myself and save some money, I went there to get a part and Terry spent nearly an hour showing me how to fix it and offering alternative solutions..all for the £6 I ended up spending in the shop....fabulous knowledgable service, a real rarity..Thanks Terry.
