Wildfowl in the centre of London

Above expectations

Not too far out on a train, the Wetlands centre offers a window into the countryside. Good cafe and a nice shop, the themed captive areas are a touch odd, but the main hides are worth sitting in for a few hours and just watch birds fly by.

A hidden treasure!

Above expectations

The Wetland Centre is great for nature lovers and kids, there are things to do indoors as well as checking out the wildlife. Parking is very easy too, well worth a visit.
