Now this stadium has been finished the atmosphere here is second to none when England are on stage! With a capacity of 80K the noise is superb, the older stand is looking a little tired now that the final open end has been finished! Its really very much for rugby only here as they do insist on having the grass nice and long! Home of rugby for me, not that welsh place!!

I don't actually like Rugby...

Well below expectations
(so apologies for being the first to review this venue in a non-sporting manner)... but I do like music, so I was intrigued a few summers ago when I bought my first ever concert ticket for this stadium.
First up, you've got to have a head for heights. With top tier tickets and external staircases I was prudent not to look down. We couldn't have been any further from the stage - but hey - at least we could see everything! When the band came on stage (The Rolling Stones in case anyone is interested) it felt a little surreal as it was still light - surely you can only see bands in dark, dingy venues?
I won't argue the show itself was spectacular but the stadium is just too large and the sound was dreadful. Rather disappointing all in all - If only I'd managed to get Stones tickets for the Astoria...
