Beyond expectations
I have been Using Riverford for over 4 years. In that Time I have been very happy with the service from them. The produce is always fresh and of good quality. I have only had 2 occurrences of having something that was not up to the normal standard, and when I complained I was given a replacement the following week!
I alternate between a medium veg box, and the fruit and veg box as there are only 2 people in our household. I also get my milk from them too (and eggs on the occasions my own hens are not in the laying mood).
