Beyond expectations
I love it! I really do! It's old.....but wonderful! So maybe it needs a little redoing? It's still a wonderful pool for the whole family! My kids are obsessed with it!

As expected
Known as "The Brixton Beach", this local lido has recently been refurbed, and although more funding is in the pipeline, it's well worth a visit even in its current condition. Murals adorn the large changing room walls, there is plenty of room for sun loungers and sunbathers around the pool and fun, friendly lifeguards are on duty. In hot weather this place gets seriously packed, but it's a great place to socialise. Plus, there's a bar for coffees, tea, snacks etc. Check the website for when it opens this year, normally in June. Entry from £2.50
