Doesn't even deserve ONE star

I was most put off when the terribly inefficient 'bank manager' said she couldn't help with the transactions because she was a manager and didn't do any 'counter work' !!

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?

Get that huge EGO off your head and just get on with the job you're hired to do and serve customers! Thank goodness I'm NOT an Abbey customer any more!!

FYI - I think her name was shana or something! If you do meet her, don't ask her to help you, she's too high powered. WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO!
