Awful!

The business' official refund policy is 'Take us to Court'. Upon picking up my dress after having it dry cleaned I discovered the material had shrunk - the £150 dress was ruined. The owner of the shop and staff could not have been more rude, called me a liar and appeared to find the situation amusing. Laughing whilst saying 'Well, take me to court then'. DO NOT USE this dry cleaners - GO ELSEWHERE!
