Beyond expectations
Never thought I'd say the words "sweet potato falafel wrap" and "delicious" in the same sentence, but you live and learn. Leon does a limited but well put together menu. It doesn't fall into the trap of well-meaning-but-bland healthy food. Only ever been there for lunch, when the queues can get a little crazy, but if you can get one of the couches, you'd be on to a good thing. For a establishment that seems so concerned with provenance, the lack of recycling facilities and use of plastic utensils could use some thinking about.

Healthy, tasty, great place to meet up with friends

Above expectations
It's take-away, but not greasy stodge (although I do love a bit of grease every now and then). But when I feel the need to give my arteries a rest, I love going to Leon. I've been to the one in Knightsbridge and the Carnaby Street one. I love the juices that they do, plus all their hot food is fantastic. The wraps are particularly recommended.
Definitely check out Leon, they have quite a few of them dotted around London.

Beyond expectations
I've been aware of Leons for quite a while, but there's never seemed to be one nearby when I'm looking for quick healthy lunch, however last Sunday on a break from the Designer's Bloc show finally had the chance to visit with friends to their Spittlefield Market branch.
Very impressive place, which gets a lot of things right. The menu is packed with healthy tasty meals, wraps, salads and smoothies that you rarely get in the UK but find all over the US. Better still the menu isn't limited to one type of cuisine, so you can get everything from a middle-eastern wrap or Indian Curry to an English breakfast.
The décor too takes the best of retro, nostaligic Britain/Americana/Continental style and gives it clean, modern update with big canteen style tables mixes with more intimate booths. Lastly and best of all, everything is super-affordable (most meals under a fiver). If they continue to open as many places as they have over the last year or so, 'd love to see Leon become a real Pret competitor.
