Well below expectations
Horrendous! They were over 40 minutes late in cutting my hair and I was having it restyled from long to a Rhianna style bob.
The hairdressers I had decided to have a cigerette break as well even though they running behind.
Hairdresser talked non stop and never listened to what I wanted, even though I took photos along. He just glanced once and then never bothered. I asked for coffee with no sugar and I got coffee with sugar.
When I got home had to trim one side has he'd left straggly bits. Couldn't go back as I was going to New York next day.

Well below expectations
Hairdresser didnt listen, was too byusy chatting, and gave me such a bad haircut it looked like it hadnt been touched after two weeks.
The place was overbooked so I was left waiting around for ages and for highlights and a cut the whole process took four hours!

As expected
This is a very trendy hairdresser on Spitalfields market about 8 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Tube.
It's got an old fashioned glamourous style and is meant to give you a cut which recreates the glamour of the 50s. So very suited to the area.
My hair cut was good and took about 45 minutes. It was pretty expensive, however, at 40 pounsd.
