Used this agent to let a property via the Council's Private Sector Housing Initiative - the frotn service was great getting a decent tenant in but getting them to pay the rent resulted in continual phones calls, incurring bank charge and eventually having to go into the offie to collect the cheque due in person. Absolutely useless 'Accounts' person, clearly just sits on his arse doing nothing and it shows in his hefty size. Never use this agent again - steer clear would be my advise.
