Numero Uno is a gorgeous local Italian restaurant right beside Tooting Bec tube in South London. There is a lovely atmosphere with a delicious, mouthwatering menu.
The food is not what you would initially expect from an Italian - this is not a Bella Pasta or Pizza Express. In fact, Numero Uno makes for a more authentic Italian dining experience. The starters are a perfect taster and the baked camembert is definitely worth sampling. The pasta is cooked to perfection and the seafood risotto comes highly recommended. And when the dessert trolley is wheeled past, you will find it very hard to resist....
Overall, an excellent restaurant for an intimate dinner with friends or romantic supper with your loved one!
