I've been better groomed!

I've been to this salon once and the service was ok. However, they also have a sister salon in Selfridges and this has to be one of my worst experiences in a salon! The first time I went I had a facial which wasnt done correctly. I just put this down to the therapist so went back again to have a pedi & mani. This was terrible and I would never go back again!
