Harvey Nichols and Co

I love Harvey Nics, i come on a sunday to avoid the congestion charge and park round the back for free (free from 1pm) Its the BEST shop in london, the ladies range on the top floor is all juicy stuff and jeans etc with great fashion tops, then as the floors go down its section off from designer evening wear to funky Stella McCartney fashions, plus they have Jimmy Choos, if you like designer brands then this is the place. Plus i love the 5th floor cafe, I dont like how close you are to everyone else and its so busy you usually end up sitting on someone else lap, but last time i was in here so was Jon Bon Jovi. Love it.

I am not a big fan of HN 5th Floor bar - v strange clientelle (predatory women and high percentage of sleazy men makes this a strange atmosphere for girls who just want a cocktail to cure them from lusting after clothes they can't afford downstairs...) Goes without saying that they mix a good drink, but that's just not enough. It might be better in the day, but after 6pm, if you find yourself in Knightsbridge in need of hard liquor I suggest hopping across the road to Mandarin Oriental Bar. Far superior.
