Below expectations
If I had to give a review of the service over phone I'd rate it terrible. Purely because I've called three different times and each time have been put on hold. This wouldn't be a bad thing if I actually believed they put me on hold and were truly trying to find a product in the store for me. Unfortunately after fifteen minutes of automatic messages, the people I spoke to each put me on hold to search for said product and never came back. Leaving me with a horrible half hour wait, wondering if I'll ever be able to speak to a human being in the store that could help me. Of course I've not taken the effort or time to go into the store and experience it first hand, it may be because I don't feel like watching the person dissappear into the back and never come back, or maybe it's because I'm lazy. I'm leaning towards the former.
