Well below expectations
I've always wanted to go to Jo Hansford and when my usual hairdresser couldnt fit me in I took this as the perfect opportunity to try out Jo Hansford. With a title like the best 'colourist in the world' I thought, where could I go wrong? Anyway, I settled for the colourist that is one below Jo herself and I have to say the outcome was awful! I bascially paid £300 to have my blonde hair turned gray and then I had to go back a second time to have it stripped which in turn dried out my hair. When I complained to the manager she said she would speak to the coulourist and then call me back. She didnt. She go the coulourist to call me back who wanted me to come back for a third time! I would never reccommed going to the salon as it is over priced and underskilled. Total waste of money and time!
