As expected
Im glad the White Musk phrase is finally over in here, but you can still smell it a mile off. I dont really like the scented stuff from here but the hair conditioners are really good and they last ages too, now in pump action which is easier to get the very last bit out.

As expected
This is quite a large Body Shop and has all the great Body Shop products you could expect. They bring out new ranges all the time, and Im loving the fruit shampoos. You can take you bottles back too so you are recycling and doing your bit.

Above expectations
I go to this place to get this small spot remover which actually works for men. it costs around 3 pounds and has around 5ml. it will last around 2 weeks but well worth it for fast effects!. it has tea tree oil extracts . the staff are friendly and always there to help uppon entering the shop. the place is clean and is scented with nice smells!

Below expectations
Most body shop's tend to be small and therefore probably only hire a few staff members to help out the customers. When i popped into this branch i needed quick advice about a facial scrub i was interested in, there were only 2 staff members working in the store, one of which seemed to be too pre-occupied in testing products onto customers, whilst other was serving at the till. I felt they didn't have the time to deal with the quick advice i needed.
