I was at Bar Soho at teh begining of December for a last minute night out. I just want to say the cocktails were amazing and they play music to cater for all. There is a small bar upsatirs that was playing house music and teh main room was play comercial chart tunes. The girls and I have a great night (happy hour is 50% off) drinking wine and cutting some shapes on the dancefloor. Watch out Bar Soho as we will be back in 2010.
Pride Weekend

I was at Bar Soho on Saturday and I had an amazing time. I was in town with some friends for Pride.
It was great to be in a venue that wasn't gay but was certainly gay friendly (being the only straight girl in a group of 6 gay men). The music catered for all of us, as they were playing funky house in the bar upstairs (the boys loved it!!) and dance-floor classics in the main bar (you can't go wrong with a bit of Black Eye Peas).
The staff were also really fun (there was a cute bartender, tall slim build, seemed a bit shy compared to the big guy), dancing and enjoying themselves.
I will definitely be back but next time I'm bringing THE GIRLS so watch out!!!!!!
No happy hour :(

Went here for a friend's birthday and first impressions were good, the place looked nice, although quite dark. The cocktails all seemed amazing and it was a hard decision to choose one, but having just come back from the Caribbean I went for a Pina Colada to bring back memories of my trip. However, it was disgusting, and I couldn't finish it, the worst Pina Colada I've ever tasted! It was weak, loads of ice in it, just awful. However, some of the other cocktails were nicer, but very expensive. This place has no happy hour which is a shame and the drinks are typical London prices - too much! It's in a good location though, and got soooo packed by about 8pm! Would recommend, but make sure you've just been paid!

Like any other...

As expected
It is a place bang in the middle of Soho so the atmosphere is great but unfortunately the prices are not. They have a fantastic menue of cocktails but as a food menu too much can make things complicated and choosing a drink is taking too long. All the staff are friendly and so the bouncers.

This place used to be terrible, I remember it was too dark and too packed. horrible decor with mirrors and railings (great combination???). Now this place has been taken over and redone it is better. decor is clean wooden scandinavian style I think. Still quite dark inside but because they make sure you have a table or bar seat it isn't as over crowde as before. Still very popular, it is a great place to go for a bite to eat after work with a few friends. the tables for eating are set up so you don't have people hovering around. the kitchen is in the bar area, and the food is really good. Burgers, macaroni cheese, steaks, served in a new york style. Waiter service is okay, prices are good. Location is great for theatre, bars and general aimless tourist wandering.
