This is a really nice exclusvie place, and feels exlusive too. My friend is a member and i think you have to be recommend to get membership and be signed in by someone you know. The booths and seating are comfortable and it makes a nice civil night out.

The food here used to be superb, the standard really seems to have dropped over the past 6 months. We used to head in here after work every few weeks and have a bite to eat, but the food got the bad we decided to go elsewhere. I hope that it gets better again cos its a really nice pub with a great vibe.

Ooooo... I liked this place and the superior feeling I got walking through the door. I actually felt posh and considering it was a first date I was really impressed. But, and there is a but, which is why this only has 3 stars, it was expensive and a little snobby. This would be a prefect birthday treat with a few special friends. It has a lovely decor and can make even the simplest drink feel that extra bit super.

This blissful hideaway is members only. Unless you've read this review of course, and found out that non members are actually welcome until 11pm every weeknight , just make sure you call or email in advance to make a reservation. Quite rightly, members get priority , that's what they pay their 600-odd-quid for. But more about the bar , booth seating and discrete tables fill most of the floor space as this is definitely out of the meet and drink school of bars, rather than a dancing on the table kind of place. Cocktails are well mixed and the wine list excellent. The staff is charming and the clientele are all like-minded folk governed by actually quite a strict set of rules, such as no unsanctioned approaches to other groups of people , which means you're left to enjoy your evening undisturbed.
