drink

This revolution is probably one of the least nice ones in the chain I've been to. There's lots of seats but they're nearly always fully booked out when it comes to evenings.
The main problem is that it's really dark in there and the people that go there aren't that ace. It's quite rowdy and when drinks aren't that cheap - is it really that appealing.
Also if you book a table for a Saturday night they charge £50. I don't know if this is true for other nights.

Revolution is fine for a quick drink after work but it wouldn't be my first choice. It's spacious with low tables, sofas and a long bar so is a good place to start an evening, especially if in a group.
But remove the red lighting and you could be in any chain of pubs / bars in Soho. Aside from the generic atmosphere, the cocktails are a bit dated too - hands up who drinks Woo Woos? Yeah, I thought not.
Maybe in another ten years it will be "vintage" and people will flock there...

'Revo's' as some would call it is wicked for a night out on friday or a saturday i would suggest, it's live and kicking.. the bar is long so plently of chance of getting served in good time. The crowd is awesome and friendly, you rarely get drunkens wanting to start fights. Student drink deals are fantastic and very cheap!

Swanky bar

Revolution is a dark and swanky bar that is popular for after work nights out. There is good dancey music and a buzzy atmoshpere. I recommend trying the chilli vodka.
