As expected
this supermarket is very famous which attracts lots of tourists. the prices in the store are very high and that shows that the quality expected by the customers is to be very high. when i visited the market ths staff were phenominal in the way the helped and the amount of help they offered. another thing is that the store is full of lots of cool departments which have specialist staff in the store so they meet your requirements. in general the store is very good and provides a brilliant service.

Above expectations
Fortnum and Mason is a very famous shop that attracts thousands of tourists every day. It is also frequented by the extremely rich. It's certainly an experience to wander round the shop and ogle the goods and gasp at the prices. Fortum and Mason sells products you would find in a supermarket , but of course of the highest quality around.

Beyond expectations
F&M is like stepping back in time. If I could do my "weekly shop" here, I would be very happy. The packaging, all glossy greens and golds, is just delicious and at Christmas it is like a treasure trove of treats. It's more than a foodhall, there's womenswear and homewear, but to be honest it's the food and tea hall stuff that makes it worth a visit. A big tourist destination so it can sometimes be painfully busy. Worth a walk past in the festive season, as the windows are pretty incredible.
