Here's a restaurant you can guarantee a good plate of noodles, complete with fresh ingrediants, at an honest price. They serve quality dishes, be it a huge bowl of soup, stir-fried noodles, or boiled/stir-fried rice, in a style to suit you - in under 10 minutes.

The restaurant itself is a little unusual - a sort of corrugated wall industrial look, filled with communal benches - minimalist in design but it works brilliantly given the Japanese feel they have tried to create.

Given a choice of this or Wagamamas, I'd choose Soba every time.
