Soho Legend

Beyond expectations
This Soho legend is a great pub for a summer evening. They serve drinks in plastic cups and encourage you to drink on the quiet streets outside. With it being Soho you can have hours of fun people watching.
The beer is still around £2 a pint and the crowds are trendier and younger than most Sam’s regulars. The inside is full of the usual dark wood and the food is typical of the chain. Cheap beer, a great crowd and outside space – central London doesn’t usually offer all three in one place but it does here.

As expected
If you like your pubs unpretentious and a bit traditional then you'll like the John Snow. It's a Samuel Smith pub so the drinks are pretty cheap. The interior is all old wood and dark colours and the main bar is split into sections, however this does mean crouching through a half height door if your on the wrong side of the divide! It's not the biggest pub but does have an upstairs which I have yet to investigate. They also serve food but I didn't get round to trying that out either!
