Traditional pub

As expected
This pub is unusual to Oxford Street, as it has a very traditional feel. Beer is quite cheap and there's a relaxed atmosphere. A nice place to go for a beer after doing some serious shopping.

Ok Pub in Bad Location
07 May 07, 22:18
Below expectations
There isn't anything particulary wrong with this pub apart from one thing and thats its location. Slap bang in the middle where charing cross roads hits oxford street. This just leads to it being difficult just to get in to the pub! The pub itself is ok but there isnt much there and it isnt big enough for the numbers it attracts. I've been here several times before moving on to another pub and I would suggest you do the same.

Well below expectations
Rubbish pub; bad beer, dirty loos and bar. Disinterested staff who can't pull a pint. The decor is the only thing worth a vist for but just look through the door and you'll get the best this place can offer. It looks like a nice English pub and surely survives on tourists' custom. Don't bother with this one.
