I was recommended this place by a friend after years of struggling to find a hairdresser, resulting in many a bad haircut! I have long fine curly hair and was a little worried about going to a place that was all Japanese staff (being they tent to have thick strong hair). The haircut spoke for itself and was the best I have ever received. I recommend Ai if you have long hair. The only thing I could fault them on is most of the staff speak little English – however I take this to be more of a positive thing as you can truly relax without have to make idle chitchat! A beautiful experience and bonus is the head a shoulder massage… excellent!
