This place does look like an office building so you'd be forgiven for missing it, like we did and had to ask. Its like real indian cooking in here, the menu choices are vast and the curried fish thing i had was amazing. Get the waitress to recommend something for you.

This palce is great. you could walk past it and not notice that it was even a restaurant - so very much for those in the know - but this doesn't make it snobby. This place used to be a library and the decor is appropriate to this. We had the tasting menu which was a veritable feast of taste sensations. I couldn't make myself eat the deer as someone made an inappropriate comment about bambi. We were finished quite late as there was so many courses so i would probably do this again at the weekend. Would love to go back and try the normal menu.

Fantastic Contemporary Indian Food

Beyond expectations
I'd heard a lot of things about the Cinnamon Club before I went. Full of politicos, great atmosphere, up market Indian food.
The first two points didn't concern me, and in fact they were quickly proved correct when I was sat down next to David Dimbleby in a beautiful old building with a particularly buzzy mood.
The label of up market Indian scared me a little. Indian food to me has always meant over sized protions, a little bit greasy and in general same from restaurant to restaurant. It's just what I like.
The great news is you definitely won't leave feeling hungry. The portions are great, and while you won't see a Rogan Josh on the menu you'll definitely find something great to replace it.
Definitely worth a visit.
