Above expectations
I like this pub because its light, I find lots of pubs look very dark sometimes. Big, lots of space so you're not overhearing the people on the next table. Clean and good value.
Lots on the menu to choose from, parking isn't bad, although it is a very popular pub at weekends and parking gets full -arrive early.
One problem is the loo - you need to go up the stairs, dont leave it til the last minute.

I saw this place reviewed in the Wokingham Times and it got a good write-up, we tried it one Sunday lunchtime and the service was excellent, the food arrived quickly and there was a huge range on the menu. The kids thought there wasn't enough child-friendly stuff on offer, but for adults it's certainly a good bet.
