Charles Street

Cracking bar Leaning more to the lesbian clientele now. Great new menu and good food too. MUCH better than it use to be and the service is quicker so they've obviously sorted their problems there. Cheap prices too! Bar staff should eat more... they're practically see through

I can never really decide if I like Charles St. Apart from on a Monday night when the DJ in the club upstairs is amazing. Other than that it can be a bit hit and miss. I always describe it as a gay wetherspoons if such a thing could ever possibly exist. Good drinks promotions in the week. Nice outdoor area which has just had a bit of a refurb. Not a bad place to go pre club on a Saturday. The bar staff are fast when it's busy but do have a habit of serving better looking people first.

Charles Street is a fairly good place - nice and quiet during the day serving decent quality food at a good price... come night time they have a selection of club nights to fit... different tastes. the outside area is handy for hot sweaty nights, having a fag or a chat.

Pretty good.
