Beyond expectations
Their products are great... really great. No bathroom is classy unless you have them. this shop is especially friendly and that only makes me want to spend more. Naran Ji is my favourite of their lotions.

I love Molton Brown - oh my god their stuff smells and feeling SO good. My mum reckons the best presents you can either eat or bath in!?! And if she's right then, Molton Brown is a winner. This shop is great 'cos it's big-ish (all Molton Brown stores are small) and the staff are very friendly. If you say what you're buying is a gift they'll wrap it up really nicely.

I don't know about you... I like to be clean but I really resent paying more than a couple of quid, maybe 3, for a shower gel or bath creme...
the thing is, Molton Brown stuff is just SO yummy... it's worth paying more if you're giving a gift... and I certainly wouldn't turn it down if someone bought the stuff for me.
One of the best things about this branch is the staff...
They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all their products - and really helped me out when I was Christmas shopping at the end of last year.
