This is a good fun, cheap night out... and you might even come home with more cash in your pocket than you went out with.
A group of us visited for the first time recently. The staff were brilliant at guiding us through the rules (some of the regulars were very helpful too, although they're not keen if you win!!)
Drinks and food are cheap and cheerful... and make sure you get yourself a dobber... MUCH easier than trying to use a pen.
It can get a bit addictive... but my friend won £1000 on our first visit - what a result!

Now don't get me wrong...I'm not a regular when it comes to the beautiful game of bingo but every now and then it is a cracking night out.
Get a few mates together...sign up for free at the door and get set to giggle with excitement for two hours. The evening session at the Brighton Gala costs £11 and you get plenty of chances for that price. The drinks are dirt cheap and there's a cafe serving pies, chips, beans and the like. It's a bit like school dinners but fills a gap at the interval.
Make sure you get a dobber...it's all part of the fun. If it's your first visit don't be afraid to ask the regulars for help. They really know their stuff.
It's a right laugh...just don't get too hooked!

As expected
Before you even try and say otherwise, Bingo is gambling...it might be a fun, adrenalin packed way to do it but it's gambling and like all things gambling, it's addictive!!
This is a nice club, I think, I've not been to one before. But it's clean, full of the usual blue rinse brigade, some young wannabe rich students and the overweight single women who are trying to pay off their fast food debts.
It's free to join and the staff are helpful if like me you weren't really sure what to do, it's not just a case of getting a line or a full house, there are loads of different games to play...but they'll explain.
Once you go in, it's fun...you get excited that you might win, then half way through, sick of saying, "I only needed one more number" or, "oooh that was close, maybe next time!" you realise that you're not one of life's lucky people.
Worth a try though, you never know, you might win...then again...
