Huge menu, good food, plush setting

The staff at the China Garden are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The menu is huge and takes some time to read through all of the various options. The prices on the dishes are a little on the steep side and costs can spiral out control once the booze starts flowing. The dim sum are exceptional and shouldn't be missed.

The China Garden has been around for years. It looks very upmarket and is immaculate with attentive staff who keep topping up your drinks. It's had a bit of bad press recently but it's still one of my favourites

This is the best chineese restaurant in Brighton, Excellent service and good quality fresh chineese food. The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere always 5 star. There are plenty of tables for large groups but watch the pennies as it can get expensive. On arrival you are always greeted with a warm smile and the option to have an aperitif at the bar. Busy at weekends. Best to book and great for a Sunday Dim Sum,
