Yeah the clothes are all very nice... ..well actually only half of them. Why do they still insist on making garish t-shirts and jeans emblazoned with the fcuk logo?? Anyway the clothes that don't fall into this category are really nice (if a little overpriced). This shop has a nice interior and good changing rooms. Menswear is downstairs. However, their returns policy is a bit strict. You only have 14 days if you want a refund. I took something back after 15 days, unworn, still with the tags on (the paper ones, not the security tags) and the receipt but there was absolutley no way they were giving me a refund. Ok, I understand they have a policy and the same rules apply to everyone blah blah blah but the woman serving me was incredibly rude about it. I have been in since and there was a very attractive polite man behind the counter which was a vast improvement.

Above expectations
I've never been a French connection girl myself but after going for a browse in the Brighton branch yesterday i am totally converted. I thought it was a very clever idea to get all the staff to wear The line of clothes and this even encouraged me to purchase one of the dresses they were wearing! The staff were incredibly helpful, even finding me another size for 3 different outfits whilst i was in the dressing room. At one point the dress i eventually bought had none of my size on the shop floor and one member of staff went to the stock room to find the right size!!! Excellent service!
