Venus Hair Design

I have just visited the salon. Very upset with the quality of service. I took in 4 images and a video of the hair style I wanted (Frankie from The Saturdays - don't like the band but like the hair!). I firmly expressed the fact I didn't want a Posh spice 2007 bob (high at the back long at the front) That's what I got, with a step in the back!!!. I wanted a full sweeping fringe which would be versatile, I got an asymmetric fringe starting at 1.5 inches which I can do anything with. I wanted a funky all over blonde with blonder highlights at the front. I got no colour at the back (where it was cut so short there are no highlights) stripy peroxide blonde and gold stripes throughout. Also you can clearly see the bands of colour at the roots of the hairline and sides ;o( All together it looks like a dated style, harsh cut and colour and makes me look about 10 years older than I am. P.S. That was the senior stylist... AVOID if you have any desire for creativity, technique and common sense.
