A Vegetarian Hotel

Above expectations
This place has won awards for it's veggie breakfasts, sadly it's not a cafe so you'll need to stay in the night if you want to sample what the best veggie breakfast in the country tastes like. (Pretty bloody good).
The whole hotel has that Brighton vege-locally-sourced-organic-fair-trade thing going on that other people think is a little smug.
Be that as it may this is a lovely hotel, really well run, and not that expensive either. The lady who runs it was really friendly and happy to recommend places to visit nearby too.
It's also pretty well situated from the sea - as you can see from the map above.
