Beyond expectations
One of my top 10 restaurants in Brighton for food service quality cleanliness - and interesting loos. Its not big and its not cheap so its best to book and plan a very relaxing night out. There is no parking so plan your trip - but the bus does stop more or less right outside.

Above expectations
This is a wonderful French restaurant in Brighton's Kemptown. The food is delicious, the place has a lovely ambience and the service is excellent. It isn't cheap, so my advice is to get your partner or your parents to pay! Also, it's difficult to get a table so make sure you book plenty in advance.

Beyond expectations
The Saint is a great restaurant. It's in the middle of Kemptown and serves "Modern Bistro Food wih French based Mediterranean cuisine with Spanish, Italian & Moorish influences". In plain speak - on the menu there's a bit of everything. Been there around a dozen times and each time I've had excellent servce and food that unpretentious, amazingly presented and that tastes truly incredible. The great thing is all the staff are so friendly and don't rush you, they're attentive - but not in your face! Try it - it's sooooooo good!
