Dorset's best for Dining

As expected
Not too fussed on their booze, but I think their French Bistro-ish style dining can fill a hole. It's gorgeous for lunch in the summer to sit outside smuggly whilst heaps of other people look hopefully for a free table to sit out and enjoy the sunshine over a glass of vino.

Get the steak... ...

Above expectations
In the heart of the North Laine this is a great place for a drink and/or food. It can get pretty busy on a weekend (and rightly so). They do a fantastic breakfast menu and serve food throughout the day. I've eaten there quite a few times and on almost every occasion had the steak. It comes served on the griddle they cook it on and tastes great. I'm sure they cater for vegetarians too. The Dorset also serves as one of the great places for people watching as on a sunny day there's plenty of seating outside where you can watch the city's many fashion victims saunter up and down looking so cool that it hurts them. Try it yourself by all means... ..but if I can't find a seat there'll be trouble.
