Good food but not good service

Below expectations
Some reviews here mention the quality of the pizza, well that cannot be disputed. Domino's pizza is great but I had a problem with this particular branch.
I tried to order the pizza online through the new Domino website but it kept crashing so I resorted to the old fashioned method of ringing the branch, only to speak to someone who asked me to repeat EVERYTHING. It's not like I don't speak clearly, it was very frustrating, to the point that I had to end the conversation and actually go there in person. This defeated the whole point of getting food delivered when you have to go there and wait for it. Yes the pizza was good but frustrating to order.

Dominos Pizza is one of my favourite brands and this branch excells in all the right areas. The pizzas tasted great and were piping hot... ..I'm still scoffing it as I type this....mmmm!

As expected
This is fantastic takeway pizza place, the pizzas are tasty and the service is very quick. Plus they once let me take a group of Brownies round and we all made our own pizzas it was brilliant - the girls loved it.

I love pizza and dominos is my favourite - a great reliable service that can be ordered online or by phone - very hlpful service and great food.

As expected
This Pizza was delivered on time, and was really, really tasty. Considering it was lunchtime (i.e the food wasn't masked by five pints of beer, by which time anything tastes good), this was very comforting.
