Coral's is a really friendly gym, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. The gym itself is very well equipped and has plenty of equipment so even in the busy times there are machines to use. There are 6 squash courts, which are fairly cheap to use. Other facilities include a sauna, sun bed, fully licensed bar whic sells hot or cold food throughout the day, a very good sports physio and beautican. This club has a great atmosphere the members are easy going, friendly and just get on with their own things its not elitest or snobby like othe gyms such as La fitness (dragons). Worth a visit.

This fitness centre has a great vibe to it and is quite wekk equipped for a small gym. I have been visiting this gym for a few years as my dad is a bit of a regular! The gym area is good, gets quite busy at peak times but you can always find a machine of some sort. It has a bar area where you are always guarenteed to be greated with a big smile. They also do bar snacks, paninis, Jacket potatos etc. These are always great! The bar area is available to hire for private functions.

Faultless Physio

The first thing you need to know is that I'm not a member of Coral Health & Fitness so it wouldn't be fair of me to review the facilities there. This review is based purely on their Sports Therapist/Physio (whatever his official title is) Paul.

If you've pulled something somwhere (in your body I mean) then this man is a magician. Ok so he's not actually a magician but boy does he know his stuff. I've been to see him twice in the past 2 months for different reasons and cannot tell you how much better I feel. I've suffered with a neck injury for several years and touch wood he seems to have mended it in one session! He works from a small, basic room down by the dog track...quiet in the day I promise. He such a professional you never feel uncomfortable or awkward...he doesn't charge the earth either. Just relax and let him work wonders...you won't regret it for a second.
