Above expectations
Nice chilled pub. Good parties upstairs and barbeques in the summer. The sunday roasts are lovely, all fresh vegetables and choice of meats. The best meal here is the thai curry which is better than any thai restaurant.

As expected
The Alibi pub is just a stones throw away from my flat so its been a fairly regular drinking hole for me.
A great place to catch up with mates or to grab a few drinks before heading into town - be it beer, wine or shots they've got it all. Normally some kind of music on weekend evenings. Used to be heaving on big match days but I believe they don't currently show Sky matches.
Food wise they have recently revamped the menu bringing in the Chef from a couple of years previous. This has returned the Alibi as a great destination for lunch and evening meals, with the Sunday roast regaining its popularity and sold out by mid afternoon!
There is also a room located upstairs (with bar!) which is perfect if you are looking for a party venue for birthdays/barmitzvahs/any excuse for a party!
