A beast of a pub!

Above expectations
The Lion & Lobster is centrally located between Brighton & Hove shopping centres & a stones throw from the beach. Quite a small pub, but what it lacks in size, the staff make up for in personality! Very friendly, & always make time for a chat. Recently have changed the chef & the Sunday roasts are out of this world!!!!! They show sporting events, & sometimes have live music too, when the atmosphere comes alive! There is a main room & also a back room with more seating & tables. A good all rounder & highly recommended!

As expected
The Lion & Lobster is on one of the little streets that run off Western Road towards the sea. You can't miss it...it's painted lobster pink!
It's a cosy pub with a nice 'local' feel to it. There are a couple of TV screens dotted about for the sports fans but they're not too imposing if you're not bothered. The food is very decent pub grub and the staff take the time to chat as they serve you. A lovely friendly place all round.
