The food in this place is fantastic. Really fresh ingredients, quite simple dishes with interesting twists and bursting with flavour. The service is great too. This really is top quality food but not too expensive.

The chef used to work in Gordon Ramsey's Pétrus restaurant in London, but packed it in to come back to Brighton.

This is a nice restaurant, lovely menu, the food is really good quality. It's in a good location, in the centre of Hove, and has lovely big windows letting in a lot of light, making it seem a lot bigger and spacious than it really is.
