A really wide range of good quality food for all pets and loads of treats, toys etc. I always buy my Burns dog food in there. I even think they do free local delivery on larger items. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and have given me excellent advice over the years. A far more interesting shopping experience than a supermarket and who would you rather give your money to!

...and this is the perfect shop for everything you'll need for your pet... from toys, to food, to bedding... they've also started selling live snake food as well now...
If you're a bird fan, they sell hand crafted bird tables, which are all lined up outside.
The only thing is you get a strong smell of 'pets' when you go to the cashpoint next door... I guess that's understandable really!

I love this pet shop - I find independent ones are always more reasonable and they always stock items you can't find anywhere else! I got my rabbit lead from here - always useful - they also do bagged rabbit, hamster or rat food which is super bargainous and they normally have some cute furry pets to go and see at the back of the shop!

Yes we're a pet-crazy nation and I'm no exception to this rule. I just have the one...a cat...but he is like a son to me. You know how it is.
Granted I buy his food in my local supermarket but I go to Paws & Claws for everything else to keep my puss purring. They stock a vast range of products for every pet you can possibly imagine. The staff are genuine animal lovers and happy to help with any questions you have. I always buy my cat treats there and toys too...the best thing EVER though was the mouse-shaped cat bed I bought for my boy. So cool!
