Kind people are never forgotten.
I recently visited Monsoon in White Friars Canterbury looking for a dress for a friends wedding. After being pregnant I have gained weight terribly more than I imagined and the body I see in the mirror is not my own. I had almost given up hope when the kind lady on the changing room helped me to try on a dress and for the first time in months made me feel beautiful again. I even cried in front of her I was so happy. I don’t know her name sorry but wanted to mention them regardless of any prise. It is so easy for a shop assistant to not care to not notice when so one needs a friendly face this lady was simply lovely took me to the till chatted to me made me feel special. I felt invisible in every other shop but in Monsoon I felt like some one special again and at the wedding held my head up high and received complements on how lovely I looked. Thank you to that lovely lady, I hope she reads this and knows it was her.

Beyond expectations
This is a really nice store to shop in, all the staff seem to know what you like, also you do not feel intimidated at all, the displays are really lovely too, people want to shop here and they enjoy it for certain..!! plus the sales are great as well..some really great bargains..
