Below expectations
A glorified jumble sale, where if you're lucky enough to find something that you want to buy... you're unlikely to find it in your size.
Like rummaging through a church fete, with very little order to the place apart from separating mens and women's clothing.
Not a sedate shopping experience, and if it's busy it becomes a bun fight
