Beyond expectations
This is our local Indian restaurant and takeway. Ever since we moved here 7 years ago they have been very friendly, welcomed us when we moved in, and continue to give an friendly efficient service, whether we are staying to eat in the restuarant or just for a take away. They always offer a complimentary drink "on the house" as they say, which can include whatever you want! I often have a glass of wine or either a cointreau liqeur! Brillant and friendly, plus freshley cooked and superb tasting food! Excellent and definately recommend!

As expected
We've been to the Gandhi several times. Mostly the food is excellent. I always go for my favourite 'Chicken Jalfrezi' Its very good. My partner always has something different. And never too long to wait to be served. Could do with a lick of new paint though ! The prices are reasonable and the restaurant doesnt need to be booked unless you are going on a Saturday. Certainly the best in the town right now.

Above expectations
I have only ever had takeaway from here, but they also ahve a restaurant. The staff are really friendly. When we went in and ordered our food they gave us free drinks and poppadoms whilst we waited. The food is really yummy, I can recommend their Chicken Byriani. The portions are generous. The prices are reasonable. A good Indian Restaurant/Take-away
