As expected
this used to be my local - we had a flat right opposite it.
lifes different now - i did find myself in this pub with a mate last month however and apart from the new wazzy furniture not much has changed.
still the miserable staff, with sloppy service moaning to eachother about how they wish they worked elsewhere - charming.
comfy sofa's though.

As expected
A really handy pub that's well placed and your standard beefeater. However as it's stuck inbetween the main route to Canterbury on one side, the major A road to Thannet and that major A road's slip road, the beer garden is like having a drink in the middle of Silverstone.
However, it's the nearest beefeater for miles so if that's what you're after I suggest you drink inside!

As expected
This is an average beefeater which we used to go to after work, til we found somewhere better! It's right near the Thanet Way so it's very handy and it does have a huge beer garden... but it's not got a great atmosphere being next to a travel lodge.
