Well below expectations
Last time i went here they burnt my food, served me another portion which was then under cook..... not a great start !
I think the idea of an American diner is great, i just dont think this place works at all and i found it quite expensive
I wouldn't go again !

As expected
the main thing about this Frankie & Benny's is the location, great for pre or post cinema meal with loads of parking.
When i went it was quite busy so the service was not particularly quick but they were pleasent enough - even though it was a long wait i didn't feel like i wanted to complain which is a testament to the smiley staff!

As expected
It is your bog standard chain restaurant although with a little bit of fake Italian/American thrown in for good measure.
It's fine - there's just nothing special about it.
The food is good, big portions and you don't have to wait long to get served.
The staff are friendly and it's in a great location - close to bowling and the cinema. Plus there is free parking
