Below expectations
this place could be amazing. It's got great decor, well laid out, the food's ok but there's something missing. The staff seem pretty good, but when it's busy it can take ages to get your order and it's arrived wrong a couple of times too. For the price, you can't go wrong.... it would be nice to say something better than "it's ok" when asked about Pizza Express.

it's a chain restaurant so you can't expect it to be fantastic....no one is really going to care if they don't own it
the food is good, although I have twice had the wrong order...
but it's not bad for Crawley, where I have had some real trouble finding a good restaurant,

As expected
Im a bit of a Pizza Express fan but this one was pretty average to be honest.
Went on a night out with work and everything seemed like a bit of an effort for the staff.
Food was fine - but then as part of a chain everything is usally the same.

pizza express is pizza express really but this one has staff with an attitude problem! they are slow, unhelpful and very rude. dont go there if you dont like rude staff
