The Flight Tavern is a great local pub and restaurant just by lowfield heath (between charlwood and manor royal) It's a chain pub but is like an independent place, the service is really friendly and the food is far above what you'd expect. If you need a quick lunch bite - they've got a light bite menu and a top desserts!
